- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to align programs with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver training to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Source and manage external training vendors to ensure quality solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
- Support onboarding programs and initiatives to enhance employee retention.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive culture.
- Organize events, activities, and recognition programs to enhance employee morale.
- Prepare materials (posters) for events to ensure safety and clarity.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and onboard top talent.
- Assist in compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR reporting, and policy implementation.
Requirement
- Female: under 31 years old
- Graduated from University in HR major.
- Have 03 years of experience as HR in Global Companies.
- Strong in training.
- Fluent in English.
