Mức lương 650 USD/tháng++ đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Chuyên Viên Tuyển Dụng (Tiếng Nhật, Sản Xuất, ID17404) cho một công ty đầu tư nước ngoài:
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu tuyển dụng từ các bộ phận, đăng tin tuyển dụng, sàng lọc hồ sơ, quản lý thông tin ứng viên, thực hiện phỏng vấn và báo cáo kết quả tuyển dụng.
- Tham gia các hoạt động xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng của công ty, đề xuất các ý tưởng sáng tạo để thu hút ứng viên chất lượng.
- Phát triển và duy trì các kênh tuyển dụng online như Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo để tối ưu hóa quy trình tuyển dụng.
- Thực hiện báo cáo tuần và tổng hợp số liệu tuyển dụng hàng tháng, theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả của các chiến lược tuyển dụng.
- Hỗ trợ quá trình đào tạo và hội nhập cho nhân viên mới thích nghi với môi trường làm việc và văn hóa công ty.
Requirement
- Nam/ nữ. Độ tuổi: 25 - 33 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên
- Có từ 02 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng trong nhà máy sản xuất.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, phần mềm photoshop.
- Tiếng Nhật thành thạo (~JLPT N2).
