Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển dụng vị trí Trưởng Phòng Hành Chính & Nhân Sự (Thương Mại, ID17592, 1800$):
- Xây dựng cơ cấu tổ chức, định biên nhân sự, mô tả công việc, mã và chức danh công việc.
- Xây dựng chức năng nhiệm vụ các phòng ban và hệ thống quy trình, quy định nhân sự.
- Lập kế hoạch nhân sự hàng năm và chiến lược tuyển dụng theo từng phòng ban.
- Tổ chức tuyển dụng, tiếp nhận, đào tạo và đánh giá nhân sự mới, lên kế hoạch tuyển dụng bổ sung, thay thế, dự phòng cho từng vị trí.
- Xây dựng thang bảng lương, ngạch lương theo quy định và thực tế kinh doanh.
- Triển khai chế độ phúc lợi, thưởng, bảo hiểm, công đoàn cho CBNV.
- Quản lý hợp đồng lao động, đánh giá quá trình công tác và kết quả làm việc.
- Khảo sát nguyên nhân nghỉ việc, tham mưu BGĐ và đề xuất giữ chân nhân tài.
- Giải quyết quan hệ lao động, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp luật.
- Quản lý các công việc hành chính như: vận hành văn phòng, văn thư – lưu trữ, tài sản – công cụ – thiết bị,
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, từ 35 đến 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên
- 3 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương trở lên công ty thương mại có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài
- Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Hàn sử dụng thành thạo trong công việc
