Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Senior Talent Acquisition ($1000, ID 17584)

Develop recruitment strategies and channels for the construction and real estate sectors.

Source, screen, and interview candidates via multiple platforms.

Coordinate interviews and recruitment events.

Maintain recruitment databases and enhance hiring processes.

Prepare reports and analyze market trends.

Identify training needs and implement suitable programs.

Manage training records, expenses, and certifications.

Prepare training reports as required.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Graduated from university with a related major
- Have 5 years of equivalent experience, of which at least 2 years of recruitment experience in Headhunt companies is required.
- Experienced in recruiting positions in Construction and Real Estate companies
- Fluent in English
