Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chủ Quản Nhân Sự (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, ID17582, 1000$):
- Xây dựng và triển khai các chính sách nhân sự theo quy định của công ty.
- Quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên, hợp đồng lao động, bảo hiểm và các chế độ phúc lợi.
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và đánh giá nhân sự theo yêu cầu sản xuất.
- Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến nhân sự, kỷ luật, tranh chấp lao động.
- Kiểm xưởng định kỳ để giám sát điều kiện làm việc, tuân thủ nội quy công ty.
- Báo cáo công tác hành chính, nhân sự cho công ty theo quý, theo tháng và hàng năm
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ: 30 - 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên vị trí tương đương trong công ty sản xuất
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
