- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to forecast product needs and plan stock ranges.
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Optimize product displays to enhance customer interest and boost sales.
- Create store layout plans and manage store inventory and shelf maintenance.
- Forecast sales and profits, and manage budgeting.
- Monitor stock movement, including markdowns, promotions, and price adjustments.
- Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with channel partners to close deals.
- Ensure timely sample submission and approval per the T&A deadline.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends.
Requirement
- Male/Female: under 40 years old
- Graduated from University in HR major.
- Have 05-08 years of experience as Merchandiser in Garment Companies.
- Strong in costing and has in-depth knowledge of fabrics and pricing
- Good at English.
