Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự (Tiếng Trung, $1200, ID17417):
- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng kế hoạch tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực hàng năm, hàng quý, hàng tháng
- Quản lý và giám sát uy chế lương thưởng, phúc lợi, các biện pháp khuyến khích người lao động làm việc, thực hiện các chế độ cho người lao động.
- Quản lý quan hệ lao động, bộ phận y tế, lễ tân
- Phát triển văn hóa doanh nghiệp
- Nâng cấp hệ thống quản lý nguồn nhân lực đạt được các yêu cầu liên quan của luật định, của công ty và của khách hàng đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất kinh doanh của công ty.
- Báo cáo và tư vấn ban lãnh đạo công ty về các quá trình nhân sự và cung cấp số liệu phân tích về nguồn nhân lực
- Chịu trách nhiệm chuẩn bị, tham gia các hoạt động tự đánh giá hệ thống quản lý nhân sự cũng như tham gia các kỳ đánh giá của khách hàng, các hoạt động giao lưu, chỉa sẻ kinh nghiệm để nhận biết và nâng cấp hệ thống quản lý nhân sự của công ty
- Hỗ trợ hợp tác với các bộ phận khác về các vấn đề nhân sự liên quan
- Có trách nhiệm thực hiện quy định 7S của công ty và tham gia
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- 1 năm kinh nghiệm kinh nghiệm vị trí Trưởng Phòng trở lên tại các công ty sản xuất
- Có kinh nghiệm về hệ thống ISO 9001 và có kinh nghiệm đánh giá tuân thủ nhà máy
- Am hiểu luật lao động, luật BHXH, luật công đoàn.
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo
