Job Description

Quản lý bảng lương, phúc lợi nhân viên và hệ thống đánh giá hiệu suất.
-
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định lao động, chính sách bảo hiểm xã hội và luật thuế của Việt Nam.
-
Phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược tuyển dụng để thu hút nhân tài (ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm xây dựng quan hệ hợp tác với trường đại học)hành
-
Dẫn dắt việc đào tạo và phát triển tổ chức để nâng cao kỹ năng và năng suất của nhân viên.
-
Hỗ trợ audit và duy trì tính toàn vẹn của dữ liệu nhân sự trong các hệ thống nội bộ.
-
Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của phòng ban.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Bằng Cử nhân trở lên trong các lĩnh vực liên quan
- Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhân sự trong các nhà máy sản xuất quy mô >1000 nhân sự, có chuyên môn về bảng lương, luật lao động và mạnh tuyển dụng.
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung, ưu tiên nếu có thêm tiếng Anh.
