Job Description
Mức lương 40 triệu /tháng đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Phó Giám Đốc Vận Hành (Logistics, ID 17352) cho một công ty Việt Nam:
- Lập kế hoạch, triển khai chiến lược và thúc đẩy phát triển kinh doanh.
- Quản lý và giám sát các hoạt động vận hành kho bãi, vận tải, và xuất nhập khẩu.
- Lập kế hoạch ngân sách và kiểm soát chi phí vận hành.
- Xây dựng và duy trì các quy trình, chính sách, quy định, và phát triển hệ thống.
- Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên để nâng cao năng lực.
- Phân tích, đánh giá và báo cáo kết quả hoạt động theo yêu cầu.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công và ủy quyền của giám đốc điều hành.
Requirement
- Nam : 35-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Phó Giám Đốc tại các đơn vị logistic, kho bãi.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên biết tiếng Trung
