1. Strategic Development & Ecosystem Integration (10%)
- Develop and propose growth strategies aligned with the Group's long-term vision.
- Maximize synergies across the Group’s ecosystem including internal resources, partners, and platforms.
- Continuously assess the strategic fit and value of ecosystem assets for innovation initiatives.

Research potential projects, products, services, technologies, operating models, and partnerships.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, emerging business models, and competitive landscapes.

Identify high-potential sectors and recommend actionable innovation opportunities.

Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop concept ideas and innovation pipelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies (technical, financial, legal, and operational) for new initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including milestones, KPIs, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and monitor cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness.
- Evaluate project outcomes and continuously optimize based on performance insights.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, consultants, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Lead negotiations and develop strategic cooperation frameworks.
- Represent the Group in relevant external forums to enhance visibility and influence.
- Explore co-innovation opportunities and public-private partnership models.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in roles related to Research, Business Development, or Project Development and Management.
- Experience in the Maritime or Logistics sectors is a strong advantage.
- Good at English
