Job Description
Our client is now looking for a General Manager/ Residence Manager:
- Strategic Communication: Effectively convey corporate goals to internal and external stakeholders in both professional Vietnamese and English.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies, set objectives, and define roles and procedures necessary to achieve corporate targets.
- Financial Oversight: Direct financial planning initiatives, secure funding for new projects, maximize return on investments, and enhance overall productivity.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess executive performance to ensure adherence to established policies and organizational objectives.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant legislation, including the Companies Act and Land Titles regulations.
- Regulatory Liaison: Maintain effective communication with government bodies, such as the Land Titles Registry and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
- Financial Signatory: Serve as an authorized cheque signatory, jointly with the Chief Executive Officer or Financial Controller.
Requirement
- A degree in Business Administration.
- At least 11 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in property development or property management.
- Strong managerial knowledge within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident and visionary leader with an outgoing personality.
- Proven leadership capabilities and a respectable professional presence.
