Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một nhà máy sản xuất quy mô lớn, tìm kiếm Giám Đốc Sản Xuất (ID17620, 2600$):
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý toàn bộ các phân xưởng sản xuất, các phân xưởng phụ trợ (Lò hơi; xử lý nước)
- Tổ chức công tác sản xuất tại các phân xưởng để đảm bảo kế hoạch bán hàng của Nhà máy.
- Tổ chức xây dựng các quy trình sản xuất chuẩn cho toàn Nhà máy
- Xây dựng và quản lý ngân sách cho vật tư tiêu hao phục vụ sản xuất toàn Nhà máy
- Tổ chức đào tạo cho các các lao động của toàn bộ khối sản xuất của Nhà máy.
- Tham gia nghiên cứu cải tiến sản phẩm và phát triến sản phẩm, tham gia nghiên cứu cải tiến máy móc thiết bị với px cơ khí và px điện
- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện, bảo vệ, gìn giữ tài sản, triển khai thực hiện các biện pháp đảm bảo ATVSLĐ, PCCC...
- Chủ động phối hợp với các Phòng ban tại nhà máy xử lý các công việc liên quan đến công tác sản xuất để đảm bảo hoàn thành mục tiêu chung của Nhà máy.
Requirement
- Nam, 35 -45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan
- 5 năm làm việc tại vị trí Giám đốc Sản Xuất hàng tiêu dùng (giấy, thực phẩm, đồ vệ sinh) hoặc sản xuất công nghiệp nặng
- Biết đọc các bản vẽ thiết kế kỹ thuật, vẽ autocad
