Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là TOP 1 Marketing Agency tại Việt Nam, hiện đang tìm kiếm Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh (B2B, Quảng cáo, $2000 ++, ID17321)
- Xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh: Phát triển các chiến lược kinh doanh ngắn hạn và dài hạn để đạt được mục tiêu về doanh thu và tăng trưởng của công ty. Đề xuất định hướng thị trường và tìm kiếm cơ hội phát triển khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Quản lý và lãnh đạo bộ phận kinh doanh: Lãnh đạo và hỗ trợ đội ngũ kinh doanh để hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu doanh thu. Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển kỹ năng cho nhân viên kinh doanh.
- Phát triển và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng: Xây dựng các chương trình chăm sóc khách hàng và duy trì các mối quan hệ lâu dài với khách hàng chiến lược. Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến khách hàng và hỗ trợ họ đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác: Hợp tác với các bộ phận marketing, điều hành và tài chính để đảm bảo hiệu quả kinh doanh.
- Báo cáo và đánh giá: Cung cấp báo cáo thường xuyên về kết quả kinh doanh cho COO và Ban Lãnh đạo. Đánh giá hiệu quả kinh doanh và đưa ra các đề xuất cải thiện kết quả.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ; 34 - 36 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có từ 5-7 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh/ GĐ kinh doanh kênh B2B, ngành dịch vụ, hoặc truyền thông ,bán lẻ
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có quan hệ rộng trong lĩnh vực truyền thông và quảng cáo.
