Job Description
$2,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Warehouse Manager (Automation, ID 17537) for a foreign investment company:
- Conduct surveys and search for strategic partners in Vietnam to help optimize costs, then work with customers who are headquartered
- Drive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to customers
- Ensure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulations
- Take training/ coaching to supervisor/ workforce who under your report line
- Organize and attend necessary weekly and monthly meetings with Supervisors and/or labor groups to understand and deal with any issues and to issue timely instruction on changes or improvements when required
- Ensure that KPI’s are produced in full and on time
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 45 years old
- Graduated from University
- Have 5 -10 years of experience in a manager position for Automated warehouse
- Good at English
