Job Description
- Visual Merchandising: Create and maintain visually appealing shop floor layouts, ensuring adherence to company guidelines. Implement and communicate merchandising standards to improve sales.
- Sales Management: Analyze sales data to identify sales opportunities and address performance issues. Develop visual merchandising strategies to support sales goals.
- Store Image: Create and implement visual merchandising proposals that align with sales priorities and maintain a consistent store image.
- Training: Train staff on visual merchandising standards and interpretation.
- Shop-floor and Sales Management: Manage and motivate sales team to increase sales and ensure operational efficiency. Monitor and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer issues, and support customer service initiatives.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean working environment, communicate incidents to management, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Requirement

- Graduate from University, major in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management...
- Have 1 year experience as a Visual Merchandiser Leader in fashion/apparel industry
