Job Description
Our client is a Bilingual School, now looking for a Vice Principal (K12 Bilingual School, $4000, ID16598)
- Lead efforts in participating in educational accreditation and ensuring quality management in collaboration with consulting and accreditation bodies.
- Act as the key coordinator for academic programs delivered in English (including Math, Science, Technology, etc.), and organize extracurricular activities, international exchange events, and competitions for students at all levels.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to develop communication strategies for the English program and international partnership initiatives. Ensure ongoing communication with parents through events such as annual meetings, reports, and updates, while encouraging active parent engagement in school activities to create a positive and globally-oriented learning environment.
- Oversee the professional activities of the Foreign Language Department, ensuring the continuous improvement of student outcomes aligned with the English program’s goals. Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of teachers, and regularly assess faculty performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with international partners, facilitating scholarship programs, career guidance initiatives, and overseas study opportunities for high school students.
- Foster and maintain a "Truly Bilingual" environment for all teachers, students, and staff.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- At least 3 years in a similar position in an international or bilingual school
- Strong understanding of K-12 curriculum and bilingual education models
