Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Utility & Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing, Negotiable, ID16975):
- Develop and manage maintenance programs to ensure proper care of all equipment.
- Implement new methods to improve operations, minimize costs, and optimize labor and material use.
- Maintain reports on time, production, inventory, and test results.
- Recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
- Adjust work methods and procedures to meet production schedules based on machine and personnel capacities.
- Monitor operations, inspect work, and verify standards compliance using tools and gauges.
- Ensure safety by inspecting tools and equipment for violations or unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate and assist workers in tasks like engine tune-ups.
- Recommend improvements such as procedural changes, equipment updates, and service manual revisions.
- Collaborate with management, engineering, and other departments to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Analyze systems or facilities to determine required services or repairs.
- Manage requests for tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets for materials, labor, and contractors.
- Assign tasks to workers for maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 4 years of maintenance management experience, including ACMV/electrical substation
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems
