Job Description

• Take charge of looking over the factory’s finances
• Execute system a plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize
• Interview, screen and hire new workers and employees
• Ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers
• Take responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory or plant
• Ensure good relationships among the workers and there are equal treatment applied to them
• Other details will be discussed during interview

Requirement

• Male
• Age: 37-43
• Nationality: Expats/Vietnamese (If candidates are Vietnamese, they need to have working experience in foreign factories)
• Academic level: University degree
• Experience: At least 8 years of working experience in an equivalent position
• Language: Good English communication
• Good computer skills
