Job Description

Sales Management

• Develop sales plan
• Set up a specific program to promote sales to agents
• Take charge of wholesale and retail sales in the assigned area
• Collect and update information on the automobile market
• Propose sales policies, and supervise sales activities
• Support staff in the monitoring room for retail activities
• Monitor the business activities of the agents: implement the policies and comply with KPI business indicators
• Announce, monitor and deploy all policies from company to Agent
• Assist in solving problems related to business work between company and Agent

Management of market research activities:

• Formulate and organize the implementation of market research plans
• Gather information about competitors: products, business activities, marketing activities to support staff in the sales room; update the trend of the market
• Do resaerch on the market development of the products the company and make reports
• Analyze market forecast product trends in the short and long term
• Make monthly reports
• Other details will be discussed during interview

Requirement

• Male/Female
• Academic level: University degree in related fields
• Experience: At least 2 years as a Sales Manager / Market Researcher in the field of car manufacturing and trading
• Experience in automobile sales, market research, financial analysis in large company is a plus
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of market, products, strengths and weaknesses of competitors analysis
• Language: Fluency in English
• Good computer skills
