Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company currently looking to hire an experienced Automation Manager (Manufacturing, $1,600, ID 17629):
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of automation projects within the factory to improve productivity, product quality, and reduce production costs.
- Manage and develop a team of automation engineers and technicians.
- Research and propose suitable automation technologies and equipment aligned with production requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (production, maintenance, quality, etc.) to optimize processes, minimize errors, and reduce downtime.
- Plan maintenance and upgrades for control systems, automation equipment, and machinery.
- Manage the automation department’s budget and oversee related projects.
- Provide training and guidance to operational and maintenance teams on automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout automation system implementation.
Requirement
- Male, under 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in production automation, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, industrial robots, and IoT-based automation.
- Strong project management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, industrial equipment, and automated production processes.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good at English.
