Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển dụng Trưởng Phòng/Trưởng Nhóm Hành Chính Nhân Sự (ID19468, 800USD)
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai công tác tuyển dụng cho toàn hệ thống
- Xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng nội bộ và bên ngoài, phát triển kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả: đăng tuyển online, giới thiệu nội bộ, hợp tác với đơn vị headhunt.
- Thiết kế và tổ chức chương trình đào tạo nội bộ cho từng nhóm nhân sự
- Xây dựng khung năng lực, lộ trình thăng tiến, kế hoạch kế nhiệm cho các vị trí chủ chốt.
- Đánh giá nhu cầu đào tạo định kỳ, tổng hợp kết quả và báo cáo Ban Giám đốc.
- Xây dựng và áp dụng hệ thống lương, thưởng, KPI phù hợp
- Giám sát công tác chấm công, tính lương, BHXH, phúc lợi, hợp đồng lao động.
- Tổ chức đánh giá nhân sự định kỳ: thử việc, KPI hàng tháng, quý, năm
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ Luật Lao động, Luật BHXH, các quy định nội bộ
- Quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự, kỷ luật lao động, nghỉ việc, thuyên chuyển, bổ nhiệm.
- Xây dựng và triển khai các chương trình văn hóa, gắn kết nhân viên: teambuilding, sự kiện nội bộ, vinh danh, sinh nhật, lễ hội.
- Quản lý cơ sở vật chất, văn phòng, cửa hàng, công cụ dụng cụ, phương tiện làm việc.
- Tổ chức công tác hậu cần, bảo trì, an ninh, PCCC, vệ sinh, hợp đồng thuê mặt bằng.
Requirement
- Nữ,từ 27 đến 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân lực, Luật, Kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm trong lĩnh vực nhân sự, trong đó ít nhất 2–3 năm ở vị trí Trưởng nhóm hoặc Trưởng phòng HCNS
