Job Description
- Xây dựng chiến lược thiết kế theo mùa và định hình phong cách nhất quán với thương hiệu.
- Nghiên cứu xu hướng thời trang nam trong nước & quốc tế để ứng dụng vào bộ sưu tập.
- Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình thiết kế: từ ý tưởng, moodboard, chất liệu, phác thảo, mẫu thử đến sản phẩm hoàn thiện.
- Phối hợp với sản xuất – hàng hóa – marketing nhằm đảm bảo tính khả thi, tối ưu chi phí và truyền thông hiệu quả.
- Lựa chọn nguyên phụ liệu, kiểm soát chất lượng, duyệt mẫu và theo dõi tiến độ ra mắt sản phẩm.
- Đào tạo và hướng dẫn đội ngũ thiết kế, quản lý ngân sách và báo cáo kết quả định kỳ.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế Thời trang
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiêm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Thiết kế chuyên hàng thời trang nam; Am hiểu kỹ thuật may, rập, chất liệu vải
- Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D…)
