Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, đang tìm kiếm vị trí Trưởng Phòng Thí Nghiệm (Tiếng Trung, 2000USD, ID17840):
- Điều phối và lập kế hoạch quản lý dự án kiểm thử, kết nối với khách hàng nội bộ và bên ngoài để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng.
- Phân tích nhu cầu kiểm thử, tổ chức đội ngũ kiểm thử và đánh giá khối lượng công việc, lịch trình, cùng nguồn lực kiểm thử.
- Xây dựng nền tảng kiểm thử, phát triển thiết bị kiểm thử và bộ gá liên quan, đánh giá phương pháp kiểm thử và xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm thử phù hợp.
- Nhận diện và kiểm soát rủi ro trong dự án, xây dựng các biện pháp ứng phó và kiểm tra định kỳ hiệu quả của các biện pháp.
- Phân tích, xử lý sự cố chất lượng phát sinh trong quá trình kiểm thử, phê duyệt báo cáo và các biện pháp cải tiến.
- Quản lý việc thay đổi phạm vi dự án kiểm thử, tổ chức đánh giá thay đổi, theo dõi và triển khai các điều chỉnh cần thiết.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo nhân sự, đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc của nhân viên.
- Báo cáo định kỳ tình hình triển khai dự án cho nội bộ và khách hàng bên ngoài, thực hiện tổng kết từng giai đoạn và trình bày kết quả đạt được.
Requirement
- Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí trưởng phòng thí nghiệm , REL/ORT/Lab manager cho các nhà máy điện tử
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý phòng thí nghiệm hoặc dự án kiểm thử sản phẩm.
- Kiến thức sâu về thiết bị kiểm thử, phương pháp kiểm thử và các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý dự án và phân tích rủi ro.
- Khả năng lãnh đạo, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân sự.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp hiệu quả với các bên liên quan.
