Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Tài Chính - Kế Toán (Thương Mại, $1750, ID19756):
- Tổ chức, kiểm soát toàn bộ hoạt động kế toán theo VAS.
- Lập BCTC tháng/quý/năm và báo cáo thuế.
- Làm việc với cơ quan Thuế, Ngân hàng, Kiểm toán.
- Phân tích P&L theo sản phẩm/kênh bán.
- Quản lý tồn kho, giá vốn, biên lợi nhuận.
- Lập Budget, Forecast dòng tiền 3–12 tháng.
- Đề xuất pricing, tối ưu lợi nhuận và dòng tiền.
- Xây dựng quy trình tài chính – kế toán.
- Kiểm soát rủi ro công nợ, tồn kho, chi phí.
- Đề xuất giải pháp Tax Planning hợp pháp.
- Quản lý và đào tạo đội ngũ kế toán.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 30-55 tuối
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán/Kiểm toán/Tài chính (bắt buộc).
- Có chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng.
- Tối thiểu 7 năm kinh nghiệm; ≥3 năm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Kế toán tại doanh nghiệp phân phối thương mại (bắt buộc).
- Có kinh nghiệm Tax Planning và hạch toán chương trình khuyến mại.
- Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán, Excel nâng cao.
- Giao tiếp khéo léo, tư duy phân tích tốt.
