Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất (Nhựa, Tiếng Hàn, $1600, ID17091)
- Điều hành và giám sát quy trình sản xuất ép nhựa, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Phân công công việc, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên trong phòng sản xuất.
- Kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm, duy trì các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và an toàn lao động.
- Nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất, giảm chi phí và lãng phí.
- Theo dõi và bảo trì máy móc, quản lý tồn kho nguyên liệu
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 34-45 Tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành Cơ khí, Công nghệ nhựa hoặc ngành liên quan.
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý sản xuất ép nhựa.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giải quyết vấn đề và quản lý chất lượng.
- Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office và các công cụ quản lý sản xuất.
- Sử dụng tốt tiếng Hàn trong công việc.
