Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất (Ép Nhựa, Tiếng Trung, ID21465, 1300USD)

Quản lý nhân sự
- Quản lý đội ngũ tổ trưởng, kỹ sư, kỹ thuật viên và công nhân vận hành.
- Lập kế hoạch ca làm việc, điều phối nhân lực phù hợp với kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Đào tạo nhân viên về vận hành máy, an toàn, 5S và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Đánh giá hiệu suất, đề xuất thưởng/phạt và xử lý các vấn đề nhân sự.
- Phối hợp với kế hoạch sản xuất để phân bổ máy móc theo đơn hàng.
- Theo dõi sản lượng, tối ưu hiệu suất máy, giảm downtime.
- Xử lý đơn hàng gấp, tối ưu thay khuôn/đổi màu để giảm lãng phí.
- Thiết lập tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, thông số sản phẩm.
- Kiểm soát lỗi sản xuất (sai màu, co rút, ba via, biến dạng…).
- Phối hợp với QC xử lý khiếu nại và cải tiến chất lượng.
- Giám sát bảo trì, sửa chữa máy ép nhựa và thiết bị phụ trợ.
- Phối hợp thử khuôn, đưa máy mới vào vận hành.
- Xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật lớn, giảm thời gian ngừng máy.
- Kiểm soát tiêu hao nguyên liệu (hạt nhựa, màu, phế liệu).
- Quản lý tồn kho bán thành phẩm, tránh tồn đọng.
- Kiểm soát chi phí vật tư và phối hợp kiểm kê định kỳ.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ 5S, an toàn lao động trong xưởng.
- Kiểm soát rủi ro về máy móc, điện, nhiệt độ.
- Quản lý chất thải theo quy định môi trường.
- Xây dựng SOP, chuẩn hóa quy trình ép nhựa.
- Triển khai hệ thống MES, nâng cao độ chính xác dữ liệu.
- Thực hiện các dự án Lean/Kaizen cải tiến năng suất và chất lượng.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên (ưu tiên ngành kỹ thuật, cơ khí, polymer…).
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành ép nhựa.
- Am hiểu vận hành và điều chỉnh máy ép nhựa, khuôn, quy trình sản xuất.
- Kỹ năng quản lý, lãnh đạo đội nhóm tốt.
- Hiểu rõ 5S, an toàn lao động, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng (bắt buộc).
