Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất (Điện Tử/Cơ Khí, Tiếng Trung), ID17957, 1800USD:
- Giám sát, hướng dẫn toàn bộ quá trình sản xuất; kiểm soát chất lượng sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo đạt kế hoạch sản lượng và năng lực sản xuất.
- Quản lý và kiểm soát chi phí sản xuất; định kỳ phân tích tình hình sản xuất và mức tiêu hao vật tư tại xưởng, đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến và xây dựng biện pháp kiểm soát chi phí khả thi.
- Thiết lập, rà soát và cập nhật các quy trình kiểm soát quá trình sản xuất; giám sát việc thực hiện quy trình sản xuất và quy trình xử lý bất thường nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Quản lý nhân sự sản xuất: tổ chức đào tạo nâng cao kỹ năng vận hành và năng lực chuyên môn cho nhân viên dây chuyền; theo dõi chấm công, đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc và phê duyệt kết quả đánh giá.
- Phối hợp, giao tiếp hiệu quả với các bộ phận nội bộ và bên ngoài nhằm đạt mục tiêu chung của tổ chức và đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Tổ chức, đào tạo và quản lý các bộ phận liên quan: Sản xuất, Kế hoạch sản xuất, Kỹ thuật, Chất lượng và Vận hành.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý sản xuất tại các nhà máy gia công cơ khí hoặc sản xuất điện tử.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế sâu về sản xuất tinh gọn (Lean Manufacturing).
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung
