Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất (Cơ Khí, $850, ID16008)
- Tiếp nhận các thông tin Đơn Hàng, Lên kế hoạch, sắp xếp, bố trí nhân lực triển khai sản xuất
- Tiếp nhận nhân sự sản xuất, đề xuất loại bỏ nhân sự yếu kém;
- Kiểm tra sản phẩm trước, trong và sau khi lắp ráp, hàn hoàn thiện…
- Hướng dẫn, lên kế hoạch đào tạo nhân viên trong phòng
- Đánh năng lực và hiệu suất công việc của nhân viên trong phòng trực thuộc quản lý.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để triển khai các đơn hàng sản xuất.
- Cải tiến, linh hoạt và tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất
- Giải quyết, tháo gỡ công việc cho cấp dưới khi cần (gặp khách hàng, sự cố công trình, trong Công ty,...)
Requirement
- Nam, 27-40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành Cơ Khí hoặc liên quan
- Có tối thiểu từ trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Sản xuất mảng kim loại tấm, cơ khí chính xác.
- Kỹ năng thiết kế 2D, 3D, solidwork tốt.
