Job Description
- Xây dựng quy trình sản xuất và quản lý chất lượng.
- Dựa trên kế hoạch tổng thể, kiểm tra và lập kế hoạch chi tiết cho các bộ phận trong khối sản xuất.
- Đưa ra các biện pháp theo dõi, đánh giá và giải pháp phù hợp để đảm bảo các bộ phận trong khối sản xuất thực hiện đúng tiến độ theo kế hoạch.
- Tổ chức, phân công nhiệm vụ cho các phòng ban và bộ phận theo kế hoạch đã xây dựng.
- Hướng dẫn, đôn đốc các phòng ban thực hiện đúng quy trình, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng công việc.
- Chỉ đạo, kiểm tra và điều chỉnh tiến độ các đơn hàng đáp ứng yêu cầu về tiến độ giao hàng.
- Báo cáo và chịu trách nhiệm với cấp trên về tiến độ và chất lượng sản xuất.
Requirement
- Nam dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệm từ Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Có từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý sản xuất trong công ty sản xuất, gia công cơ khí, kỹ thuật, kim loại.
- Đọc hiểu tốt bản vẽ AutoCad.
