Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty Việt Nam đang tìm kiếm Trưởng Phòng Đào Tạo (Tiếng Đức, ID19609, 1500USD):
1. Giảng dạy & Hỗ trợ học viên
1. Giảng dạy & Hỗ trợ học viên
- Giảng dạy các lớp tiếng Đức A1–B2.
- Soạn giáo án, thiết kế bài kiểm tra và theo dõi tiến độ học viên.
- Đánh giá định kỳ và đưa giải pháp cải thiện cá nhân.
- Quản lý kỷ luật và tinh thần học tập của lớp.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo tháng/quý/năm.
- Quản lý quy trình lớp học: hồ sơ, điểm danh, đánh giá.
- Giám sát lộ trình từng lớp và báo cáo Ban Giám đốc.
- Tổ chức kiểm tra trình độ định kỳ và đột xuất.
- Tham gia tuyển dụng, đào tạo và đánh giá giáo viên/trợ giảng.
- Dự giờ và phản hồi chuyên môn.
- Tổ chức chia sẻ nội bộ và xây dựng cơ cấu phòng đào tạo.
- Xây dựng – chuẩn hóa giáo trình A1–B2.
- Cập nhật tài liệu, video, ứng dụng học phù hợp.
- Thiết kế các khóa nâng cao: phỏng vấn nghề, hội nhập văn hóa Đức.
5. Xây dựng văn hóa học tập & hoạt động cộng đồng
- Thành lập và điều hành CLB tiếng Đức.
- Tổ chức hoạt động CLB hàng tháng và kết nối học viên – giáo viên – tư vấn.
- Xây dựng môi trường học tích cực theo định hướng văn hóa Đức.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên
- Trình độ tiếng Đức tối thiểu C1.
- Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy/ôn thi; ưu tiên đã học tập và làm việc tại Đức.
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý chương trình đào tạo.
