Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Quản Lý Chất Lượng (Điện Tử, Tiếng Trung, $1400, ID17000)
- Xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống quản lý chất lượng trong công ty, đảm bảo hoạt động hiệu quả nhằm cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm liên tục, đáp ứng các mục tiêu nâng cao chất lượng và sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
- Phân tích và lập dự toán chi phí chất lượng dựa trên các nguyên tắc tính toán hợp lý, xây dựng kế hoạch quản lý ngân sách chất lượng và tìm cách giảm thiểu chi phí cho bộ phận.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm phù hợp với yêu cầu khách hàng, tiêu chuẩn ngành và quy trình hoạt động của công ty, giám sát hiệu quả chất lượng và đưa ra các biện pháp xử lý phù hợp để giảm tỷ lệ khiếu nại từ khách hàng.
- Quản lý bộ phận đảm bảo chất lượng, giám sát quá trình kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm, ngừng sản xuất các lô hàng không đạt chất lượng, thúc đẩy các sáng kiến cải tiến chất lượng tại nhà máy, giảm thiểu tỷ lệ phế phẩm.
- Cải tiến tài liệu quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng, thực hiện nghiêm túc các quy trình này để nâng cao năng lực và tinh thần làm việc của đội ngũ, đồng thời xây dựng đội ngũ giám sát chất lượng ổn định và hiệu quả cho công ty.
Requirement
- Nam, nữ; độ tuổi dưới 45.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành liên quan.
- 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong bộ phận chất lượng FPC/PCB.
- Quen thuộc với quy trình sản xuất FPC/PCB và tiêu chuẩn ISO/TS/IPC. Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ kiểm soát chất lượng như PDCA, SPC. Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với ISO/TS16949 là lợi thế.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Trung, biết tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
