Job Description
- Phụ trách việc liên hệ và đón tiếp khách hàng.
- Khảo sát sự hài lòng và xử lý các khiếu nại của khách hàng.
- Quản lý hình ảnh thương hiệu của công ty.
- Thúc đẩy việc thực hiện tốt nề nếp, tác phong, hình ảnh theo đúng tiêu chuẩn của hãng.
- Phụ trách đào tạo nội bộ (hình ảnh, tác phong, giao tiếp, cử chỉ và các kỹ năng mềm)
- Thực hiện các yêu cầu của cấp trên
Requirement
- Nữ, dưới 36 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành liên quan
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm trưởng phòng quan hệ khách hàng đại lý ô tô, nhà hàng, khách sạn hạng sang hoặc các công ty cung cấp dịch vụ hạng sang, hàng xa xỉ phẩm quần áo, túi sách, trang sức.
- Có kỹ năng xây dựng và phát triển đội nhóm
