Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng QA/QC (Sản Xuất, Lương Thoả Thuận, ID17112):
- Xây dựng và triển khai quy trình quản lý chất lượng phù hợp với đặc thù sản phẩm sản xuất của Công ty.
- Kiểm tra, giám sát và đảm bảo việc thực hiện đúng các quy trình, tiêu chuẩn quản lý chất lượng từ khâu chọn nguyên liệu, sản xuất đến hoàn thiện sản phẩm, nhằm đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chất lượng cao nhất trước khi đưa ra thị trường.
- Lập kế hoạch, phối hợp liên bộ phận và quản lý quy trình sản xuất để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và tiến độ theo đúng kế hoạch.
- Quản lý và lãnh đạo đội nhóm, giám sát công việc của công nhân, đảm bảo nhân viên thực hiện đúng nhiệm vụ và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn chất lượng. Tổ chức đào tạo định kỳ để nâng cao nhận thức và kỹ năng về quản lý chất lượng.
- Khuyến khích và thúc đẩy các phong trào cải tiến trong toàn Công ty, đặc biệt là hoạt động 5S và Kaizen tại nhà máy.
- Đưa ra các tư vấn, giải pháp cải tiến và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, hỗ trợ Ban Giám đốc trong việc kiểm soát và cải tiến chất lượng.
- Báo cáo định kỳ tình hình chất lượng sản phẩm và các hoạt động cải tiến với Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nam, trên 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản lý chất lượng hoặc Quản lý công nghiệp.
- Tối thiểu 3 năm làm việc ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Quản lý chất lượng trong các nhà máy sản xuất.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng, vận hành hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
