Job Description
- Lập kế hoạch và làm báo cáo phát triển các dự án kinh doanh hàng năm
- Tìm kiếm mặt bằng thuê địa điểm cho những dự án mới trong Trung tâm thương mại
- Thương thảo các điều kiện mặt bằng và xúc tiến hợp đồng thuê địa điểm
- Lên kế hoạch phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để triển khai và xây dựng dự án mới
- Các công việc khác liên quan đến việc phát triển dự án theo sự chỉ đạo của cấp trên
Requirement
Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên
Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý trong lĩnh vực phát triển dự án, tìm kiếm mặt bằng trong Trung tâm thương mại
Có hiểu biết về thi công xây dựng, hồ sơ pháp lý
Thành thạo tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật
