Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự ($1000, ID14096)
- Tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu liên quan đến nguồn nhân lực.
- Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện công tác tuyển dụng, tuyển chọn, bổ nhiệm cán bộ.
- Xử lý các tính toán chấm công, lương và thưởng.
- Tiến hành phân tích nhu cầu, lập kế hoạch, thực hiện và đánh giá hiệu quả của đào tạo và phát triển.
- Thực hiện phân tích công việc, kiểm kê công việc, giao việc, bố trí nhân lực, phụ trách và thiết lập mô tả công việc
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 32 - 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Quản Trị Nhân Lực, Hành Chính Nhân Sự.
- Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm nhân sự trong đó có 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm Trưởng phòng nhân sự tại các công ty sản xuất.
- Tiếng Trung tốt 4 kỹ năng, Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản.
- Vi tính thành thạo.
