Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, ID15167, 2000USD):
- Quản lý và triển khai toàn bộ các mảng nhân sự: tuyển dụng, C&B, đào tạo, quan hệ lao động, tuân thủ
- Tổ chức và triển khai tuyển dụng số lượng lớn phục vụ kế hoạch mở rộng nhà máy
- Xây dựng và duy trì quan hệ lao động hài hòa, xử lý tranh chấp lao động
- Làm việc với công đoàn và các cơ quan ban ngành liên quan
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ luật lao động Việt Nam
- Xây dựng, cải tiến chính sách, quy trình, SOP nhân sự
- Tham gia hoạch định nguồn lực, cơ cấu tổ chức
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai các hoạt động liên quan đến Trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp (CSR) (là lợi thế)
- Báo cáo và phối hợp làm việc trực tiếp với quản lý người Trung Quốc
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhân sự tại nhà máy sản xuất quy mô lớn (ưu tiên ngành may mặc)
- Có kinh nghiệm mạnh về tuyển dụng số lượng lớn, quan hệ lao động và quản lý tổng thể nhân sự
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung (nghe, nói) để làm việc với cấp trên
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với công đoàn và cơ quan nhà nước
