Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty Việt Nam, hiện đang tìm kiếm Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự (ID17633, 1200$):
- Xây dựng Chiến lược & Hoạch định nhân sự sự phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh
- Thiết lập hệ thống đo lường hiệu quả nhân sự theo mục tiêu phát triển bền vững.
- Thiết kế & tối ưu hóa quy trình tuyển dụng, đảm bảo chất lượng ứng viên đầu vào, ứng dụng dữ liệu & AI (Base e-Hiring) để chủ động tìm kiếm nhân tài
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng (EB) hiệu quả.
- Triển khai chương trình đào tạo, giữ chân & phát triển nhân sự theo năng lực.
- Ứng dụng công nghệ (Base.vn, Salesforce, Google Workspace) & AI vào quản trị nhân sự: OKRs, tuyển dụng, đào tạo, hiệu suất.
- Đề xuất các giải pháp sáng tạo, tối ưu chính sách lương thưởng, đãi ngộ, đánh giá nhân sự.
- Hỗ trợ CEO điều phối công việc, phân tích dữ liệu nhân sự & xây dựng chiến lược tổ chức.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý Phòng Nhân sự
- Bắt buộc Thành thạo công cụ HR Tech, đặc biệt là Base e-Hiring, Salesforce, AI là lợi thế.
- Có tư duy chiến lược & khả năng xây dựng hệ thống
