Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Nghiên Cứu & Phát Triển Sản Phẩm (Tiếng Hàn, ID19896, 1300 USD):
Quản lý team R&D
Quản lý team R&D
- Phân công công việc, quản lý và giám sát đội ngũ R&D
- Theo dõi tiến độ, chất lượng và hiệu quả công việc
- Đánh giá và quản lý dữ liệu, báo cáo R&D
- Nghiên cứu, phát triển mẫu sản phẩm mới theo yêu cầu khách hàng (LG)
- Phân tích vật liệu, cấu trúc sản phẩm tape để tối ưu thiết kế
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để hoàn thiện sản phẩm
- Tham gia họp, trao đổi, đàm phán kỹ thuật với khách hàng
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu và chuyển hóa thành phương án phát triển sản phẩm
- Đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp
- Đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sản phẩm R&D
- Cải tiến quy trình nghiên cứu phát triển
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, từ 30 - 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học các ngành liên quan
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Am hiểu về vật liệu và cấu trúc sản phẩm băng keo (tape)
- Thành thạo tiếng Hàn (bắt buộc)
- Sử dụng tốt CAD, đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
