Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Trưởng Phòng Mua Hàng (Tiếng Anh/Tiếng Nhật, Sản Xuất, ID20095, 1150USD):
- Quản lý và điều hành phòng Mua hàng
- Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức hoạt động mua hàng phục vụ sản xuất theo dự án.
- Đảm bảo nguồn cung vật tư đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu kỹ thuật, chất lượng và tiến độ.
- Tìm kiếm, đánh giá, đàm phán và phát triển hệ thống nhà cung cấp
- Thương lượng giá cả, điều khoản hợp đồng và tối ưu chi phí mua hàng.
- Theo dõi tồn kho, tiến độ cung ứng và các chỉ số hiệu quả mua hàng (KPI).
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban: Kỹ thuật, Sản xuất, Kế hoạch, QA/QC, Dự án… để đảm bảo tiến độ chung.
- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và cải tiến quy trình mua hàng theo tiêu chuẩn công ty Nhật Bản.
Requirement
- Ưu tiên Nam, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị chuỗi cung ứng, Kỹ thuật hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý mua hàng trong công ty sản xuất & có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty Nhật Bản.
- Có kinh nghiệm mua hàng theo mô hình sản xuất dự án (ưu tiên ngành tự động hóa, thiết bị điện, cơ khí).
- Kỹ năng đàm phán, quản lý nhà cung cấp và kiểm soát chi phí tốt.
- Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật.
