Job Description
Mức lương 1400 đô la/tháng đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Trưởng Phòng Marketing (Omni-channel, ID17505) cho một đơn vị Việt Nam
- Xây dựng chiến lược marketing đa kênh để tăng trưởng doanh số trên các nền tảng TMĐT như Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Website, Social Commerce...
- Quản lý và tối ưu về Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, SEO, Affiliate, CRM,…
- Phát triển kế hoạch truyền thông và chiến lược nội dung để thu hút và giữ chân khách hàng.
- Phân tích thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh, hành vi khách hàng để đề xuất các chiến lược tăng trưởng phù hợp.
- Giám sát hiệu quả chiến dịch marketing, tối ưu chi phí và đảm bảo ROI.
- Quản lý ngân sách marketing, phân bổ hợp lý để đạt hiệu suất tối đa.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sales, IT.. để đảm bảo các chiến dịch vận hành hiệu quả.
- Quản lý và đào tạo đội nhóm marketing, xây dựng đội ngũ mạnh về chiến lược và thực thi.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ; dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học.
- Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm Marketing Manager trong lĩnh vực Ecommerce
- Ưu tiên có tiếng Anh
