Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Kỹ Thuật Sản Xuất (Điện Tử, Tiếng Hàn, $2,000, ID 21674):
- Điều hành và chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ hoạt động kỹ thuật sản xuất của nhà máy, quản lý và dẫn dắt đội ngũ nhân sự cấp dưới.
- Giám sát, kiểm soát và tối ưu hóa chỉ số tỷ lệ thành phẩm (Yield rate); chủ trì công tác cải tiến quy trình công đoạn nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất vận hành.
- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cũng như quy trình sản xuất theo yêu cầu của hệ thống quản lý.
- Trực tiếp giải quyết triệt để các phát sinh kỹ thuật trong dây chuyền và làm việc, đối ứng các kỳ kiểm tra (Audit) về công nghệ/kỹ thuật từ phía đối tác, khách hàng.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Độ tuổi: Từ 35 – 45 tuổi.
- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật.
- Đã có ít nhất 10 năm tích lũy kinh nghiệm trong mảng kỹ thuật tại các nhà máy sản xuất FDI; trong đó có tối thiểu 5 năm giữ vị trí Trưởng phòng Kỹ thuật trong ngành sản xuất điện tử FDI.
- Phần mềm & Công cụ: Sử dụng thành thạo AutoCAD (trình độ trung cấp trở lên); thành thạo các công cụ tin học văn phòng (Excel, PowerPoint) phục vụ lập báo cáo.
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Hàn Quốc giao tiếp thành thạo trong công việc.
- Có xe đưa đón hàng ngày từ Hà Nội.
