Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Thời Trang, $2000++, ID 16193):
- Lập kế hoạch kinh doanh offline theo Tháng/ Mùa vụ cho toàn hệ thống.
- Triển khai hoạt động kinh doanh offline theo kế hoạch đã được duyệt.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về doanh số, chi phí, các mục tiêu kinh doanh chiến lược.
- Xây dựng và đảm bảo quy trình vận hành hệ thống.
- Xây dựng chính sách bán hàng, chương trình khuyến mại, chiết khấu.
- Theo dõi, phân tích và đánh giá tình hình thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh theo tháng/quý/năm.
- Phân tích, báo cáo thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh và đưa chiến lược phù hợp.
- Xây dựng ngân sách, định mức chi phí vận hành.
- Xây dựng cơ cấu, định biên nhân sự phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh của công ty trong từng giai đoạn.
- Xây dựng tài liệu đào tạo, tiến hành công tác đào tạo và phát triển hệ thống nhân sự.
- Tạo động lực, thúc đẩy nhân sự hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, tuổi từ 30-37 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên
- Có tối thiểu 3 năm ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực: Thời Trang / Túi Xách / Giày Dép / Mỹ Phẩm / Mẹ & Bé / Chăn ga gối đệm
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý kinh doanh thực chiến kênh offline.
- Chịu được áp lực doanh số và áp lực công việc cao.
- Kỹ năng về tài chính phân tích dự báo thị trường
