Job Description
Đối tác của chúng tôi là một đơn vị có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tìm kiếm vị trí Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh ( Thiết Bị Công Nghiệp,1400 USD, ID 19374):
Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh hàng tháng, hàng quý và hàng năm cho cả thị trường trong nước.
Xác định và xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng và đối tác tiềm năng để phát triển cơ sở khách hàng.
Giám sát đội ngũ bán hàng, phân công nhiệm vụ, theo dõi tiến độ, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ.
Xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh
Tăng trưởng doanh số, hỗ trợ đội ngũ nhân viên phát triển năng lực và đạt mục tiêu đề ra
Cập nhật dữ liệu bán hàng và dự báo doanh số
Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh hàng tháng, hàng quý và hàng năm cho cả thị trường trong nước.
Xác định và xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng và đối tác tiềm năng để phát triển cơ sở khách hàng.
Giám sát đội ngũ bán hàng, phân công nhiệm vụ, theo dõi tiến độ, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ.
Xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh
Tăng trưởng doanh số, hỗ trợ đội ngũ nhân viên phát triển năng lực và đạt mục tiêu đề ra
Cập nhật dữ liệu bán hàng và dự báo doanh số
Requirement
- Nam, 35- 50 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành môi trường, kỹ thuật,kinh tế
- Có ít nhất 5 năm trở lên ở vị trí trương đương trong các công ty kinh doanh sản phẩm về máy móc, thiết bị cho các nhà máy, khu công nghiệp
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển khách hàng mới tốt
- Ưu tiên có tiếng anh hoặc tiếng Nhật sử dụng được trong công việc
