Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh Offline (Thời trang, 1000$ ++, ID 19740):
- Xây dựng kế hoạch doanh số tháng/quý/năm và đảm bảo chỉ tiêu được hoàn thành.
- Phân tích thị trường thể thao tại Việt Nam, xác định các cơ hội phát triển kênh và nhóm khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Đề xuất chiến lược mở rộng thị trường và phát triển thương hiệu giai đoạn 1–3 năm
- Thiết lập và mở rộng hệ thống kênh phân phối (đại lý, cửa hàng trực tiếp, đối tác chiến lược).
- Xây dựng chính sách bán hàng, chiết khấu, hỗ trợ marketing phù hợp với từng nhóm kênh.
- Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả kênh theo quý, đề xuất tối ưu cơ cấu kênh
- Phát triển quan hệ hợp tác với nhà phân phối, đại lý, đối tác chiến lược.
- Giải quyết khiếu nại và hỗ trợ khách hàng trọng điểm.
- Tổ chức hội nghị khách hàng, hoạt động xúc tiến thương mại định kỳ.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận marketing triển khai hoạt động quảng bá thương hiệu thể thao tại Việt Nam.
- Thu thập phản hồi từ thị trường, đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm hoặc chiến dịch phù hợp thị hiếu Việt Nam.
- Xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu khách hàng (CRM) phục vụ marketing chính xác.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Quản trị, Marketing hoặc tương đương.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển kênh offline trong thể thao/giày dép/athleisure/thời trang thể thao; tối thiểu 3 năm quản lý đại lý/nhà phân phối. Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm
- Tiếng anh giao tiếp khá trong công việc
