Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu trong nước, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Nội Thất, $1000++, ID19391):
- Xây dựng kế hoạch bán hàng, ngân sách hàng theo năm/quý/tháng tổng thể cho tất cả các kênh bán hàng theo định hướng phát triển của công ty;
- Lập kế hoạch hành động cụ thể và phân bổ mục tiêu, hỗ trợ, giám sát nhân viên để hoàn thành kế hoạch đề ra.
- Xây dựng các quy trình, quy định, cơ chế, bộ tiêu chuẩn định mức, hạn mức, đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động, tạo điều kiện tối đa tính chủ động, sáng tạo trong công việc của nhân viên
- Xây dựng, triển khai và điều chỉnh chính sách bán hàng, phân vùng thị trường, chính sách đại lý/NPP.
- Xây dựng, dẫn dắt đội ngũ: tuyển dụng – huấn luyện, đào tạo – kèm cặp – đánh giá hiệu suất công việc đảm bảo công bằng, tạo động lực và phù hợp với văn hóa công ty
- Duy trì, phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng
- Báo cáo định kỳ kết quả kinh doanh, tình hình thị trường và tham mưu, đề xuất giải pháp cho Ban Giám đốc.
- Phối hợp với phòng Marketing xây dựng kế hoạch truyền thông, kế hoạch tăng cường nhận diện thương hiệu
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban trong công ty để triển khai hiệu quả
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 30 -43 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành
- Có từ 05 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng kênh đại lý, trong đó từ 03 năm ở vị trí trưởng phòng kinh doanh trong các lĩnh vực nội thất, vật liệu xây dựng, rèm cửa,
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm tốt
