Job Description
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch doanh thu theo năm, quý, tháng, tuần cho toàn công ty.
- Mở rộng và phát triển hệ thống phân phối: nhà phân phối, đại lý, chuỗi cửa hàng bán lẻ, kênh spa/clinic.
- Quản lý, đào tạo và giám sát đội ngũ kinh doanh, đảm bảo hiệu quả theo KPI.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Marketing trong hoạt động ra mắt sản phẩm và thúc đẩy bán hàng.
- Tham gia xây dựng chính sách giá, chiết khấu và hợp đồng phân phối.
- Báo cáo định kỳ kết quả kinh doanh cho Ban Giám đốc, đồng thời đề xuất chiến lược tăng trưởng.
- Phân tích dữ liệu thị trường, xu hướng tiêu dùng và đưa ra giải pháp kịp thời.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị tri TP kinh doanh sản phẩm Mỹ Phẩm, Dược Mỹ Phẩm bán các kênh GT, MT và phòng khám,spa.
- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, đàm phán, quản lý đội nhóm và phân tích số liệu tốt.
