Job Description
- Tìm kiếm, đề xuất mở rộng hệ thống Cửa hàng tại các khu vực có tiềm năng mở Cửa hàng.
- Tìm kiếm thị trường, xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh.
- Xây dựng, cải tiến tối ưu quy trình làm việc tại các Cửa hàng
- Giải quyết các khiếu nại của Khách hàng liên quan tới chất lượng hàng hóa, dịch vụ
- Phối hợp với các Phòng ban khác để giải quyết công việc hiệu quả.
- Đề xuất các cải tiến nhằm tăng hiệu quả hoạt động và tăng chất lượng dịch vụ trên toàn hệ thống.
Requirement
- Nam/ nữ. Độ tuổi 28 - 40
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành: Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh Tế, Marketing,….
- Có ít nhất 1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương quản lý chuỗi siêu thị/Giám đốc siêu thị.
- Hiểu biết về thị hiếu khách hàng, marketing và truyền thông
