Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một đơn vị sản xuất có vốn đầu tư Việt Nam, hiện đang tìm kiếm vị trí Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Hội nghị, tiệc cưới, 950$, ID20052):
- Chủ động tìm kiếm và khai thác tệp khách hàng doanh nghiệp phục vụ các sự kiện như hội nghị, hội thảo và tiệc cuối năm.
- Mở rộng và phát triển mạng lưới khách hàng hiện có.
- Thực hiện thương lượng và ký kết các hợp đồng tổ chức tiệc doanh nghiệp, tiệc cưới quy mô lớn.
- Xây dựng các chính sách và kế hoạch kinh doanh linh hoạt nhằm nâng cao khả năng cạnh tranh trong khu vực.
- Phân bổ chỉ tiêu KPI và theo dõi kết quả thực hiện: giám sát hiệu suất, hỗ trợ đội ngũ đạt mục tiêu đề ra.
- Quản lý, định hướng và thúc đẩy đội ngũ kinh doanh hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu doanh số (KPI).
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ. Độ tuổi: Dưới 30 -35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Có 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc vị trí tương đương tại các trung tâm tiệc – hội nghị, khách sạn trung đến cao cấp hoặc công ty chuyên về tổ chức sự kiện
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý, hiểu về layout và setup layout, có gu thẩm mĩ tốt
- Ưu tiên giao tiếp được tiếng anh trong công việc
