Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Hóa Chất Công Nghiệp, $2.000, ID 20058):
- Lên hướng đi bán hàng cho mảng hóa chất công nghiệp, đảm bảo đạt doanh số
- Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, mở rộng thị trường
- Làm việc với bộ phận R&D để định hướng sản phẩm phù hợp nhu cầu thực tế
- Theo sát toàn bộ quy trình bán hàng: báo giá → đàm phán → ký hợp đồng → thu tiền
- Theo dõi thị trường, đối thủ để điều chỉnh chiến lược
- Xây dựng và quản lý đội ngũ sale (đặt KPI, đào tạo, dẫn dắt)
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban như kỹ thuật, sản xuất, chuỗi cung ứng để hỗ trợ khách
Requirement
- Nam, độ tuổi từ 28 – 40
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng B2B về nhóm sản phẩm hóa chất công nghiệp (ví dụ như keo, sơn, mực in, ...)
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh
