Job Description
- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các hoạt động kinh doanh.
- Nghiên cứu, phát triển thị trường mới; xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với khách hàng/đối tác nhằm mở rộng thị trường tiềm năng và tạo cơ hội kinh doanh, góp phần tăng trưởng doanh thu cho công ty.
- Xây dựng cơ cấu tổ chức, quy trình và hệ thống vận hành cho phòng Kinh doanh.
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ tư vấn tuyển sinh/sales.
- Thiết lập KPI, đánh giá hiệu suất và nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ.
- Phân tích số liệu kinh doanh để đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến phù hợp.
- Kiểm soát rủi ro trong vận hành và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến khách hàng.
Requirement
- Nam /Nữ, 25 - 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành QTKD, Marketing, Kinh tế hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan khác.
- Có từ 3-5 năm Kinh nghiệm vị trí Trưởng phòng kinh doanh trong mảng đào tạo, giáo dục hoặc tại các trung tâm tiếng anh.
- Hiểu biết về sản phẩm và thị trường tiếng Đức/Anh là lợi thế
